Use of this website

The content on this site is for general information about our services. Prices and services listed may change. A quote is not binding until confirmed in writing.

SMS / text messaging terms

• Program: Howe Digital Systems customer care texts. We text customers and prospective customers about inquiries, scheduling, project updates, appointment reminders and invoices.
• Opt-in: You opt in by texting our number first, by giving us your number and agreeing to texts when requesting a quote, or by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or project.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (406) 607-8859 or [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments

Unless your agreement says otherwise, projects require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due at launch. Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be canceled at any time going forward.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Howe Digital Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
